I use Photostore CS 5.1 and Wacom Shampoo Pen III. Sometimes I get ultra creative and use Tool for Painting IAS, but it's broken and I cannot save my projects with it, so it's rather unlikely for you to see something I created with that spectacular program. Recently I've discovered ArtAmok, it's great for lineart! As for my first graphic program - it was GIMB.
